The Kanzaland Regional Directory is published by Nex-Tech Directory Services on behalf of four different telephone companies all located in Northeast Kansas. The directory is published for Blue Valley Telecommunications, Giant Communications Inc., JBN Telephone Company Inc. and Rainbow Communications. Four different versions are designed and published, each unique to suit the needs of each Telco.
The Kanzaland Regional Directory contains both residential and business listings for 68 communities in north central and northeast Kansas.The covers are designed to be unique by using colors and logos of the individual telephone company and incorporating their own cover photo submitted by each Telco.  While each cover is unique to each Telco’s version, an overall design theme is kept common among all versions. Also unique to each version is a General Information section including Contact Information and Custom Calling Feature instructions for the respective Telco, Kansas Prefixes, U.S. Area Codes, Zip Codes and other general information valuable to directory users. The White Pages combines all communities into one version that is common among all directories making it easy and simple for users to find the listing they are looking for.
The directory is printed with the Yellow Pages; common to all versions, in full color with easy to identify yellow page classifications making it easier for the user to find the yellow page classification or business listing they are looking for. A Government Section is included in the directory that includes listings for all area communities related to Emergency & Non-Emergency Ambulance, Fire & Police; City, County, State, Tribal and US Government offices; and listings for area Schools. A Reverse Number Lookup Section, a favorite for all directory users, is also included in the Kanzaland Regional Directory.
Nex-Tech Directory Services and each telephone company represented in the Kanzaland Regional Directory work together to produce a user-friendly and eye-catching directory for advertisers and users of their respective companies.
